1. Exchanges

CULJANTERS S.L. guarantees you a unique shopping experience. If once you receive your purchase you are not satisfied, you can exchange it for a different size or color or even for another model within a period of 15 days as of receipt.

In order to proceed with your exchange you should check that the following conditions are met:

  • The product must not be used.
  • It should be sent in the same conditions in which it was received.
  • You should inform by sending an email to info@deartee.com, specifying your order number, name, reasons for the exchange and the references of the new items you wish to receive.

No return or exchange shall be made for products which are not in the same conditions in which they were received, or which have been used in excess of merely opening the product.

We will proceed to ship the new size or color. You will need to pay via bank transfer a fee of €7 for logistics. In order to request the bank details, please send an email to info@deartee.com.

Only products which have been purchased on our online store may be exchanged.

2. Returns

Returns shall not be accepted on sale items.

If the product does not meet your expectations once you receive it and you wish to return it, you shall have a period of 14 calendar days as of receipt to do so.

In order to request a return, contact us by filling out our contact form. Please specify your order number, name, and reason for the return request.

The product should be sent to the following address: Calle Colón 11, 28004 Madrid, Spain (State that it is a return from an online purchase and include the order number). We will then carefully examine the returned product and communicate via email within a reasonable period whether the return has been accepted. The refund for the item shall be carried out as soon as possible.

Please return the item using or including its original packaging.
You will bear the cost of the return of the products.

The returned product shall be accepted if it is returned in the same conditions in which it was received.
